Company of Privateers Land development, a sister company to Loyalist Arms and Repairs Ltd.,
is developing Buccaneer Bay. We expect to have the preliminary stages,(stage one), of
development completed late in 2006 for the 2007 season.
Although we will be accepting regular bookings by 2006 for "07, we are now offering a limited number of
prepaid memberships for this development, to celebrate our first year of operation.
Those holding memberships, will be able to take advantage of certain value packages that will result in
big savings at our facilities. Furthermore, a valuable gift, a token of our appreciation will be presented to
the first 100 members choosing either the 2 or 5 year membership packages. We will also be presenting
everyone inrolling in the "lifetime membership" with a special, valuable souvineer to display to their
friends and family at home, along with a **membership certificate suitable for framing.

Memberships will be available to US, Canadian customers, and our international visitors.
